A short list of what helps the workshop go well. None of it is heavy. The only firm asks are people in the room and a working space; everything else is welcome if it's around, and worked out together if it isn't.
Workshops fail when the wrong people show up. We need decision-makers, not delegates, and we need every domain represented.
If any of this exists in usable shape, share it ahead of the workshop in a working folder. If it doesn't, no problem, we'll work it out in the room together. The list below is a checklist for what gets covered, not a homework assignment.
